I’ve started logging all my calories again, and it just feels really good; I dunno why.

I’ve logged everything for today and don’t plan on eating any more, but I still have 220 calories left in my budget for the day (which is 1,075, but I like to stay under 900 anyway).

Feels good, man.

Also, we finally got a new scale and I’ve found a solid place for the gym between school and rugby and volunteering, so I guess I’m just excited about everything.
